Train with some seasoned “Gritters” and become part of a really special group of people. All fitness levels welcome – we have a lot of True Grit newbies too!

A weekly anchor to introduce specific activities into your training schedule.

Ideal for people who cannot make it to the whole range of Bootcamp classes and are comfortable to train on their own in between group sessions. You’ll need to be self-motivated to make the most of this package!
