At Do You Even Bootcamp!? we are passionate about group training! The added mental and emotional benefits go so far beyond just the physical fitness. But we absolutely understand that there are times when “personal” training is required!
Therefore we also offer one-to-one and small group (2-6 people) training for those of you who want to focus on something specific, or just wish to spend some time out of the limelight! Perhaps you are training for a specific event, or are just starting out on your fitness journey and want a bit of extra support.
