Shoulder Press

Stand with your legs shoulder width apart, take a dumbbell in each hand. Start position is with your elbows at a 90 degree angle. Maintain a strict body stance with no leg drive and not leaning back. Push your hands up until the dumbbells almost meet but don’t clash. Return to the start position with elbows at 90 degrees.
