The Grit Fit Online program provides the structure, information and accountability that you need to get ready for True Grit and to generally improve your health in a sustainable way.
You have a goal that you want to achieve – perhaps to complete True Grit if you’re a first timer, to achieve a particular time, or just to enjoy the experience by being better prepared than you may have been in the past!
This program will show you how to eat for fuel – to improve your True Grit training capacity, support your mental and emotional health, and help improve your energy and stamina. We will also consider a range of other factors related to how and what you eat and train, including sleep/rest (what you don’t do is as important as what you do!) and having fun!
It is so important to enjoy the whole experience of True Grit – and life beyond! So we will set you up to continue your journey beyond the 4-week program too with knowledge and skills for life 🙂
