All classes run for one hour including warm up and cool down.

Your training is an investment in YOU. By joining our club you are doing something very positive for yourself! And the ripple effect will help those around you too.
We offer an unlimited training package for $150 per month. Most of our members on this package attend 4-5 classes per week making this a very good value option. Results come from consistent and regular training.
Alternatively you can commit to 2 sessions per week for $120 per month, or 1 session per week for $75 per month.
There is no joining fee and no fixed term contract – you join on a monthly rolling basis. We have several payment options and other packages are available on a case-by-case bases (for example FIFO workers).
