Do You Even Bootcamp!? Baldivis is run by Dan. Dan officially launched his fitness business in 2012 after running a successful removal business, but he brings decades of knowledge and experience in the health and fitness industry. He has a passion for martial arts (Hapkido) and has spent 25 years studying and learning about himself through this practice.
Dan is driven by a desire to help change people’s lives for the better through health and fitness, with mental health and wellbeing being a particular focus. He has felt the benefit that his own fitness and martial arts practices have brought to his health and loves to share this opportunity with others. Dan is passionate about group fitness because of the strong camaraderie it brings, and the mutual support to develop strength, trust, harmony and spirit within oneself.
Dan has participated in many events over the years: running, cycling, obstacle racing, trail running and the Spartan 1km burpee challenge. His mantra: IF IT DOESN’T CHALLENGE YOU, IT WON’T CHANGE YOU!!!

All classes run for one hour including warm up and cool down.

Your training is an investment in YOU. By joining our club you are doing something very positive for yourself! And the ripple effect will help those around you too.
We offer an unlimited training package for $150 per month. Most of our members on this package attend 4-5 classes per week making this a very good value option. Results come from consistent and regular training.
Alternatively you can commit to 2 sessions per week for $120 per month, or 1 session per week for $75 per month.
There is no joining fee and no fixed term contract – you join on a monthly rolling basis. We have several payment options and other packages are available on a case-by-case bases.
